Welcome to The 1840 Loft our rough beginnings

When we first toured the now 1840 loft, it had been left unoccupied for several years. The roof leaked 

and plaster was falling in every room, yet there was so much potential left abandoned.  

once purchased we set out a plan to restoration. The roof needed replaced and chimneys once needed for coal stove heat had to be removed. Then it was time to move inside for a new facelift, new hardwood flooring installed, walls and ceilings, and paint and wallpaper needed renovation. Every part of the interior was left untouched. Now begins the furnishings, quality antique furniture along with detailed focus on decor.

Comparing the current pictures brings great understanding to just how far this building has come.
